Working alongside the animals at The Haven and with nature as co-therapist I move clients along the path to greater awareness, regulation and an appreciation of themselves as part of, not separate to, nature. I work with adults and young people.

In addition to therapeutic work, I am co-founder and director of Roots West Sussex CIC, a social forestry community managing habitats for biodiversity.

Prior to the Haven I worked for conservation and environmental projects including the landmark Knepp Estate, and the Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs. I have more than 20 years experience as a writer and journalist and have written five books, most recently The Rough Guide To Rewilding.
