With over a decade of experience, I have dedicated my career to supporting children, young people, and their families as an integrative therapist. In 2023 I joined the Haven team and am thrilled to be able to work within the beautiful and serene environment that the Haven provides, contributing to the wonderful work taking place, alongside my human and non-human colleagues. It truly is a special place!

At The Haven, I specialise in providing animal-assisted therapy and eco therapy, utilising the healing power of nature and the profound bond between humans and animals to facilitate emotional growth and well-being. Whether it's immersing ourselves in nature for eco therapy, or building relationships

with the animals in assisted therapy, or an integrative approach combining both, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

I strive to create a space that is playful, relational, and empathic, fostering a safe and supportive environment for young people to explore and thrive. My ultimate goal, to support young people in their journey towards recovery, better mental health and wellbeing.

I strongly believe that therapy shouldn’t feel like a chore; it should feel like chatting with someone who truly cares and gets it.

My areas of experience include:

Attachment and relationship difficulties

Trauma

Abuse

Loss

Anxiety

Anger

Low self-esteem

Issues around identity

Learning difficulties and AS

Working with children who are fostered, adopted, looked after.
